Privacy Policy

Shree Senthur Properties & Infra develops and sells plotted layouts in Coimbatore. Our office is at 2M, VRK Complex, Marudhamalai Road, Vadavalli, Coimbatore - 641041.

This policy explains what personal details we collect through www.shreesenthurproperties.com, why we collect them, and the choices you have. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

When you send an enquiry through a form on our website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• The layout or plot you are asking about
• Any message you write

If you agree to cookies, we also collect information about how you use our website, such as the pages you visit, where you click and scroll, the device and browser you use, and your approximate location from your internet connection. This information does not include your name, phone number or message.

We use your enquiry details to:

• Reply to your enquiry by phone or WhatsApp
• Share plot details, prices, availability and documents you ask for
• Arrange a site visit or an office meeting
• Keep a record of your enquiry so our team can follow up

If you agree to cookies, we use website information to understand which pages are useful, and to measure and improve our adverts on Google, Facebook and Instagram.

We do not sell your personal details.

When you press "Send via WhatsApp" on a form, two things happen:

1. Your details are saved in our enquiry records, so our team can follow up.
2. WhatsApp opens with a message containing your details. You choose whether to send it. Messages sent on WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Cookies are small files saved in your browser. We use two kinds of optional cookies:

• Analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity): to count visits and see how people use our website. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are clicked and scrolled, so we can fix parts that are hard to use. What you type into our forms is hidden from these recordings.
• Advertising (Meta Pixel): to measure our adverts on Facebook and Instagram and show them to people who may be interested.

These cookies load only after you choose "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you choose "Reject", they do not load. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie Settings" at the bottom of every page.

We share your details only with services that help us run this website and reply to you:

• Supabase: stores our enquiry records.
• WhatsApp (Meta): carries the messages you choose to send us.
• Google: provides website analytics, only if you accept cookies.
• Microsoft: provides Clarity, our page-use recordings, only if you accept cookies.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): measures our adverts, only if you accept cookies.

Some of these services may store or process information on servers outside India.

We may also share details when the law requires it.

We keep your enquiry details for up to 1 year after your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal details we hold about you and how we use them
• Correct or update your details
• Delete your details
• Stop using your details, by withdrawing your consent

To do any of these, contact us using the details below. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did with your details before you withdrew it.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Our website is meant for adults buying land. We do not knowingly collect personal details from anyone under 18.

Only our team can see your enquiry details, through a login-protected system. No method of storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
